SHIPPING POLICY

At Revolvaa, our goal is to provide you with the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to customers every day and offer a high level of responsiveness.

PROCESSING TIME
Once confirmed, your order will take 1-2 business days to process. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking link once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

DELIVERY TIME
• USA: 7-9 working days
• Canada: 7-9 working days

These are estimates. Orders may arrive before or after the expected timeframe due to courier delays. If you have not received your order after the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order number.

WHAT DOES SHIPPING COST?
We offer free premium shipping, which includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage to the package.

CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
You will receive a tracking number via email when you place an order. If you have not received a tracking number, please contact customer service at info@revolvaa.com.

MY PACKAGE WAS NOT DELIVERED BETWEEN THE STATED DELIVERY TIME. WHAT NEXT?
Contact customer service within 21 days by emailing info@revolvaa.com. We will work with the carrier to find out where your parcel is. If you contact us after 21 days, we may not be able to track your parcel.

I ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS OR WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL MY ORDER. WHAT NEXT?
Contact customer service within 24 hours by emailing info@revolvaa.com, and we will handle your concern.

MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED. WHAT NEXT?
We will replace items within 30 days if they are defective, damaged, or if returns have been initiated. Replacement items are not eligible for exchange or a claim. Email info@revolvaa.com.
